At present, we only deliver the stocks to an address in Brunei Darussalam except Temburong and Kampung Ayer area.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Delivery Charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low and reasonable as possible. You only pay one fixed delivery charge of B$12.00 for delivery Nationwide. This includes Seria and Kuala Belait area except Temburong and Kampung Ayer.

When you add products to your Shopping Cart, please select your delivery option and once selected, delivery charge will be added automatically to your Shopping Cart. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.

How We Deliver?
All products ordered are delivered via FEDEX courier service. Depending on the products size and value, some products will generally be delivered by our own delivery service or suppliers directly. For these products you will be asked or told about delivery dates as part of the order process.

We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you our notification e-mail. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

Delivery Times
Depending on your ordering (stocks availability, payment and time of order submission), delivery times varies. Assuming the products you are ordering are in stock and payment has been made the same day that you placed order, stock will ship out in the next morning.

Note: We do everything we can to send the products to you as fast as possible. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control ( eg. problems obtaining authorisation for your payment, public holidays, etc.) and therefore the delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
