Step-by-Step Guide for QQeStore Online Ordering
Welcome to QQeStore Online Store. You are just few steps away to make your first ordering online if you have not already done so!
If you are new to online ordering, the process for the ordering is simple. Just proceed with the following steps.
- Create an online account (Free of Charge).
- Login to your account.
- Add the products to the Shopping Cart and checkout.
- Choose Payment Method (see available option below)
- Check your order and "Confirm" it.
- You would receive a confirmation e-mail from QQeStore
within minutes.
- QQeStore sales representative will contact you upon received of your order (normal working days apply) to reconfirm your
order and inform you of the stock availability. *Delay for processing might occur due to other unforeseen circumstances.
- After confirming to your orders, an e-mail will be sent
to you on the process of the delivery and payment method.
- Done!
Important Note:
- If the products ordered have immediate stock availability, you will be able to make payment when you collect your goods at our
designated Pick Up Points within the informed time frame before your stock is released for next customer.
- If the products ordered does not have immediate stock availability,
you simply request to make the full payment first for the product purchased so that we can place the stock ordering for you immediately. This is to ensure that the stock is reserved for you and to avoid any stock cancellation upon stock arrival.
*Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock items might be broken into separate orders. Each of the separate orders will be able for pick-up or delivery as soon as the item becomes available.
In cases of all prepaid options, orders will be processed only
after realization of payment.
From time to time, QQeStore will offer some free gifts or special promotional item(s). Due to limited availability, these items can only be offered while supplies last.

Cancellation of Order
Any cancellation of order will be charged a restocking fees of B$50.00 except in the case of items order is out of stock.
Payment Method 1:
Bank Loan
Currently Bank Loans are available if you have an account with BIBD AT-Tamwil, SCB, HSBC, TAIB or Baiduri. Terms and Conditions Apply.
The Process for Bank Loan orders :
- Add the products to the Shopping Cart and checkout.
- Choose Payment Method as "Bank Loan"
- Check your order and "Confirm" it.
- You would receive a confirmation e-mail from QQeStore
within minutes.
- Our Sales Representative will contact you shortly to gather further information on your Bank Loan Details.
Payment Method 2:
Cash Payment
Cash Payment is the most convenient and hassle free payment
option! When you choose to pay by Cash Payment you ensure
that your order are in good hands.
Mode of payment for Cash Payment is in Brunei Dollars.
The Process for Cash Payment orders :
- Add the products to the Shopping Cart and checkout.
- Choose Payment Method as "Cash Payment"
- Check your order and "Confirm" it.
- You would receive a confirmation e-mail from QQeStore
within minutes.
Payment Method 3:
0% Installment
Enjoy greater payment flexibility with 0% Installment Plan provided by Standard Chartered, HSBC and Baiduri Bank in Brunei. To be eligible and enjoy this flexibility, purchases must be B$500.00 and above. Terms and Conditions are based on individual banks. Please check with your local banks for more info.
To pay for the Items purchased on QQeStore online:
- Add the products to your cart and check out
- Choose Payment Method as "0% Installment"
- Click Continue and on next page, you will be able to see the estimated information of your installment plan and how much you will be paying on your first month and the subsequent months.
- Check your order and "Confirm" it.
- You would receive a confirmation e-mail from QQeStore
within minutes.
Payment Method 4:
Bank In / Bank Transfer / Internet Banking (For Brunei banks Internet banking only)
You can pay for your order through an automatic debit to our
bank accounts with Internet Banking. With this option, you can cash in to any of the following banks: IBB Bank, IDBB, Baiduri Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, QQeStore
offers the convenience of Internet banking anytime, anywhere.
To pay for the Items purchased on QQeStore online:
- Add the products to your cart and checkout.
- Choose Payment Method as "Bank In or Bank Transfer"
- Check your order and "Confirm" it.
- You would receive a confirmation e-mail from QQeStore
within minutes.
Payment Method 5:
Credit Card (For card issued by Brunei Banks only)
Credit Card Accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa Card, Visa Electron and Baiduri Cash Card
Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed and confirmed.
We currently accept only credit cards issued by the Brunei banks due to the increased
in credit card Frauds over the Internet E-Commerce sites.
Please note: Using Credit Card Payment, there will be a 2.5% administration fee of your total purchases. This fee is incurred by QQeStore and not from any banks or any credit card authority.
To pay for the Items purchased on QQeStore online:
- Add the products to your cart and checkout.
- Choose Payment Method as "Credit Card"
- Key in all the required Credit Card details
- Check your order and "Confirm" it.
- You would receive a confirmation e-mail from QQeStore
within minutes.
There are two methods of payment for credit cards users:
- Payment via Online. This is just like you purchase products in any other E-Commerce sites outside Brunei Darussalam. After checking your order for all stock availability, your credit card will be processed immediately.
- Payment at our Pick Up and Payment Center. This is a preferable option
which you could choose from in order to avoid any breach
of security and fraud.
**Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed and confirmed.
The total cost of purchase that will be charged to your
credit card will be shown on the confirmation of your order.
