Pick Up and Payment Center
Depending on your ordering preference, you might want to visit our Pick Up and Payment Center to collect your products ordered or to make cash payment from our designated Pick Up Points listed below.

Collections from our Pick Up Points are normally available within 48 hours of placing your order and only after realization of your payment. To save your disappointment and a wasted journey, our sales department will contact you to advise when you order is ready for collection or when to make the cash payment if you choose not to use credit card payment.

At anytime after your order confirmation, you can check the status or track your ordering by login to the website, click "Account History" or "My Orders" and select "View the orders I have made". Please do not contact our sales representative for this matter unless you do not hear from us within 3 working days after placing your order.

You will be informed either via email or by phone call once your stock ordering is finalized (stock availability, payment and collection). When contacting us for any questions about your ordering, please quote your order reference number or print out our e-mail confirmation that is sent to you. For credit card payment customers, you must also bring along your actual physical credit card and identification card (IC) or passport. One of the forms of identification must display a photograph.

Please note that for security reason, the goods can only be collected by the person who placed the order. If this is not possible, the person who will be collecting on behalf of the ordering person must have the actual identification card (IC) or passport of the person who placed the order. A written authorisation letter or photocopy of the identification card (IC) or passport will not be entertained.
