warranty as stated below otherwise a specific warranty information

General PremiumCare Warranty Coverage Terms and Conditions
(Mobile Phones, Camera, Camcorder, Notebook, Desktop)
The equipment stated is warranted against manufacturing defects
for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase under normal
use except for, if applicable, (a) Battery, (b) Charger, (c) LCD Screen and
(d) Internal Speaker which are warranty for a period of 3 months
only. QQeStore Warranty does not cover accessories on external
parts such as casing, control knobs/buttons, carrying case and
carrying strap, power switch. QQeStore, at it's option, will
at no charge repair and replace all faulty parts but subject
to as aforesaid. All faulty accessories, parts and equipment
recovered shall become the property of QQeStore. Replaced parts,
accessories and boards are warranted for the balance of original
warranty period.
1. QQeStore Warranty is not transferable, negotiable or assignable
to a third party
2. QQeStore Warranty card must be produced together with the
equipment when seeking repair
3. For mobile phones, it does not cover poor performance due to bad reception
or non-reception of radio signals as a result of blind spot
or in areas of poor signal strength (GSM/3G/3.5G signal, Wi-Fi
signal etc.)
4. QQeStore Warranty does not include transport, delivery
or handling charge incurred in the transportation of the equipment/accessories to and from our QQeStore
REMARK: To avoid and reduce issue of dispute, we
recommend you to place your order online, choose your preference
payment method and pick up the goods directly from us. By
doing so, you can check the actual goods to ensure that the goods is in excellent conditions.
QQeStore PremiumCare Extended Warranty Program
The objective of the Extended Warranty Program is to provide
a flexible option for customer to obtain an extra product warranty
beyond the original manufactory warranty of the products. By
paying a very reasonable fee, customers can enjoy a full range
of extended warranty services for a period of six (6) months
to a year in addition to the initial one (1) year warranty.
Terms & Conditions
This extended warranty service must be purchased at the same
time with your products. This extended warranty program will
not cover physical and non-physical damages, which include
accident, use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's
specifications, misuse other software application, damage
due to shipment, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other
acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, removal,
installation and set-up service charges by any third party,
and failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
i. QQeStore.com have the right to decide whether to offer
repair, replace, issue a credit voucher or converting to reward
points regarding on the defective unit. QQeStore.com extended
warranty services do not apply to any product that has had
its serial / imei number altered,
defaced or removed.
ii. Any defect occurring after the expiration of the warranty
period is not accepted.

RETURN AND REFUND Policy
For items that is verified and agreed by QQeStore that the
faulty or defective items are a result caused by factor (such
as during delivery), these items will be availabe for exchange
for the same item. These items must be hand carry to QQeStore
Pick Up And Payment Center. No shipping back of such items
will be entertained.
Under certain circumstances, products that need to send back
to supplier (local or oversea) might incur handling and other
service charge. These charges are to be paid by the customer
in the case of such items are defective as a result due to
error by the customer. If the reason for your return is due
to factory defective or QQeStore error, there will be no charges
of any sort.
Any other cases that qualify for an exchange and return will
incur a re-stocking fees.
Under normal circumstances, there will be NO
EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are
purchased, regardless if the products have been pick-up, open
or unopened and so on.
Important Note: All refund or exchange for any items purchased
must be returned to us within 3 working days upon receiving
of the products ordered (pickup or delivery). No further dispute
will be entertained after 3 working days.
