What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash payment, 0% instalment, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electrons) and bank in / bank transfer. For computer items, bank loan is available. Consumer products are also available from BIBD AT-TAMWIL. Please refer to How To Order section for more details information.



How long do you take to deliver the products to me?

Please refer to Shipment Delivery section for more information.



What are your Delivery Charges?

We charge a flat rate of B$5.00 for nationwide delivery except Temburong and Kampung Ayer which is not available for delivery. Please refer to Shipment Delivery section for more information.



Is there any surcharge for using Credit Card payment method?

There is no surcharge for any Credit Card Payment.



Is there any surcharge for using Bank Loan payment method?

There will be no administration charges for all Bank Loan Payment method.



Can the bank in/bank transfer method of payment act as an installment payment for a certain period of months?

No, the Bank In/Transfer payment option cannot act as an installment payment option. The Bank In/Transfer payment option is provided to the customers for their convenience to reduce their travelling time to the Payment & Pickup centre for their orders. For 0% Installment option, Please refer to How To Order section for more details information.



What is 0% Installment Payment? Any addtional charges for this payment option?

0% Installment Payment Option is eligible for customers with valid Credit Card issued by local bank in Brunei (SCB and Baiduri) which provides the customer easier prepayment method from 6,12,18 or 24 months. In order for the process to be successful, the card owner requires to be certain that the credit is still valid for the orders to be purchased. There will be a minimum processing fees of 3% or B$30 whichever is higher from the bank for such installment scheme.



I have used the 0% installment method however when I checked back my credit card bill recently, I found out that the total amount of purchased was deducted. Does this suppose to happen?

0% installment if processed at the end of the month, usually the credit card bills will always reflect the complete amount due to the billing system however if the 0% installment is successful, the bank will revert the whole amount and charge you accordingly the monthly prepayment charges on your following monthly bill. If such cases happen, please check with the bank on your 0% installment process with the 0% receipt given to you as the reference.



I placed an order on your website, why have I not yet received an email confirmation?

You will always receive a confirmation email from us when you create an account, order a product, or when your order status has been updated. If you failed to receive an email from us, please contact our service center directly. Sometimes Junk Mail filters may send our e-mail to a separate folder or delete it before you even read it. Users of Hotmail in particular may experience this more often. If you are sure this is not the case then please call us during regular business hours to confirm your order and help us figure out why you did not receive our email.



What is the difference between 0% Installment and Bank Loan Payment Option?

The monthly repayment will be reflected on the customer's monthly credit card bills.

As for Bank Loan Payment Option, currently, QQeStore collaborates with BIBD AT-Tamwil to provide such services to our valued customer which you could spread your payment monthly and debited directly from your bank. BIBD AT-Tamwil will be able to provide Consumer products financing. A quotation would be required from QQeStore for customer's submission to their individual bank and once approved, the bank will automatically deduct its monthly repayment value from the customer's bank account.



Will anybody from your company call me after my online order?

Yes. Once you have completed your online order, our sales person will contact you either by E-mail or direct phone call.

How secure is information about ME or your website?

How do I check the progress of my order?

You can check the progress of your order by logging in, using your user name and password, and check your order history from your account page. This will show your order number and the order status.

Why is some of your products pricing $0.00?

If those products you see on our website are displaying a price value of $0.00 means that it's an upcoming products whereby customers are able to pre-book the products and will be update with pricing in the future once the products are available without any obligation to purchase.



Do you have a repairs service?

For mobile phones, whether you purchase it from us or from other retail shops, you can bring your mobile phone for repair at our QQeStore Pick Up and Payment Center.

Unfortunately not all products could be repaired locally due to lack of spare parts or other issues. In such cases, we will need to sent out to our suppliers and manufacturer for repairs which will take longer time frame.



Why is the product I just purchased drops so fast? Do I get a rebate if I just purchased it?

As an industry retail leader, new and latest model of products arrive in QQeStore.com extremely fast - faster than any outlets in town and sometimes even faster than any global retail chain or supplier.

With our rapid model arrival, all our customer can get a hold of all these latest model faster than anyone else. The disadvantage is that due to these latest models are usually on high demand, our costs are much higher than an older model as well. Unfortunately, the price for these latest models also drops extremely fast.

Please note that currently we do not provide any rebate for these quick price drops items as it is out of our control but market driven. Please do make sure you agree with the price listed before purchasing these latest models. We strongly suggest customer to purchase these latest models of products after a week or two after the launching of these products for the price to be stable.
