What is the SMART Rewards Program?

To thank you all for your support and to offer future incentives to you we would like to give something back, this is why we have launched this great SMART Rewards Program.

Our SMART Rewards Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at QQeStore you will earn SMART Points for the money you spend. Unlike and different from many other Rewards Program which you may have to accumulate up to certain points before you can use to redeem some gifts which you may not like it at all. Our SMART Rewards program works such that once earned, you will be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at QQeStore.

Note that QQ Station and QQ Mobile Shop membership points is NOT the same as QQeStore SMART points.

How does the Program work?

When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your SMART Points account as pending points. All pending points are listed in your SMART Rewards account and will stay there until checked, approved and confirmed by QQeStore.

Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want. You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

During the checkout process you will be able to pay for your order with your available SMART points balance.

Points and Values

Currently, for every $1.00 spent at QQeStore you'll earn 1 point. Each SMART point is worth $0.01 off a future purchase. For example:
Product Cost: $100.00
Value of Points Earned: $1.00

Redeeming SMART Points

If you have a balance in your SMART Rewards Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at QQeStore.

During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a shipment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available points.

Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your SMART Rewards Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you will notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your SMART Rewards account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance after verify by QQeStore.

Note that any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other than points.

Minimum SMART Points Required

Currently, no minimum balance is required to redeem your points. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there isn't enough in your SMART Rewards account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Will I earn SMART points for shipping fees?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees are excluded.

Will I earn SMART points for discounted products?

Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned. All items which their price have been discounted are included.

Will I earn SMART points when purchases paid with SMART points?

Yes. Please note, any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other than points.

Will my SMART points expires?

Yes, your SMART points will expires in 365 days if you do not redeem your points within that period mentioned, the points balance will expire completely. If you redeems any number of points on an order the points balance expiry timer will reset. If you earns points, the points expiry timer will still continue and the timer will not reset. Only when you redeems points does the timer reset.

What happens when my SMART points expires?

When your point balance expires, you will receive a negative transfer of points that nullifies your points balance. This transfer shows in the your account Spending's history. This is done to retain a record of the points expiring and to not collide with any pending points transfers that you might have.

Will I be notified if my SMART points are expiring soon?

Yes, You will be notified through our e-mail system that will be sent at different times. The first reminder e-mail 30 days before expiry then again 07 days before the points expire.

Products Restrictions

Currently, no restrictions apply to what items may be purchased using your points balance however subject to management approval.

Conditions of Use

● SMART Points are only available to registered QQeStore member's.
● SMART Points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at QQeStore.
● SMART Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's.
● SMART Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
● SMART Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
● When buying with SMART Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your SMART Rewards Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
