What forms of payment do you accept for International Orders?

Currently for international orders, we only accept Bank Transfer (TT Payment).



Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship orders to most worldwide destinations. We regularly send many packages to several European and Asian countries; most likely yours.



How do you ship

Most merchandise is shipped via International Federal Express (Fedex) or United Parcel Services (UPS).



When will my order ship?

We ship orders every business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders will be shipped within one week after confirmation of your payment.



What are your Shipping Charges?

The minimum charges is USD15.00 and subject to the weight of the items ordered. A notification will be sent to you prior to the shipment if the cost to ship your order exceeds the indicated charge. All taxes and duties charged by the governments of the destination countries are the responsibility of the addressee. These fees are not included in the shipping charges associated with the order and are the responsibility of the recipient.



What is USD?

USD is the official abbreviation for United State Dollars. All our international orders are priced in US Currrency.



What if my billing and shipping address are not in the same country?

We apologize, but as a measure to prevent fraud, we cannot accept orders if the billing and shipping addresses are not in the same country.



I placed an order on your website, why have I not yet received an email confirmation??

You will always receive a confirmation email from us when you create an account, order a product, or when your order status has been updated. If you failed to receive an email from us, please email us at support@qqestore.com. Sometimes Junk Mail filters may send our e-mail to a separate folder or delete it before you even read it. Yes, you can contact us and we will try to get the products for you from our suppliers network.
