The SL-1 provides COOLPIX camera users with an easy route to macro photography by evenly illuminating near field subjects for detailed Macro shots without allowing obtrusive shadows. It is easily installed by screwing it into the camera lens. Some COOLPIX cameras need to attach the adapter rings first.
